Welcome to Nobu’s Noodles, a family-owned small business located inside the International Centre at Brock University. Our noodle shop is open to locals, students, and staff alike.
We serve authentic Japanese ramen and a variety of traditional rice dishes, along with unique Asian-fusion cuisine crafted by Japanese chef and owner, Nobu.
Our signature dishes feature Nobu’s rich, nourishing homemade bone broth and ramen noodles and his famous house-made teriyaki sauce. Vegetarian options are thoughtfully prepared, ensuring there's something for everyone.
You'll also find a curated selection of Japanese specialty drinks, snacks, and desserts—favorites include the creamy matcha ice cream and the beloved Japanese cheesecake.
